It may not be out of place to mention that BBC Heart Care till date has conducted more than 317 free heart check-up camps at various places in the rural as well as urban regions just to bring about the awareness among, the masses and classes about the malady and the steps to be taken for prevention of heart disease. The Centre sees it as its mission to checkmate the spread of this deadly disease by disseminating useful information, considering the validity of the proverb   "PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE".  BBC Heart Care with moral code of conduct, of magnanimity and humane aspects undertakes even the distribution of the medicines free of cost as well on such occasions. In addition, the Cardiac Surgeons and Cardiologists of BBC Heart Care consider it their professional duty to share their knowledge and views, about the latest technology and trends in the sphere, at least once a month, with the Physicians and general practitioners of other towns and cities by holding Seminars, Symposiums, CME'S.
